Crocuses
Most crocuses flower in early spring, in late March - April, depending on the place and weather. All crocuses need well drained soil and a sunny place, as the flowers only open in sunshine.
The corms are planted at a shallow depth, only covered with around 5-8 cm of soil.

Botanical crocuses
Smaller flowers and earlier flowering than the large flowered crocuses.
